This frog spear is forged from high-quality American steel and precision-cut right here in the USA. Each head is coated in black paint to help prevent surface rust and ensure durability in the field.
Included with the spear is a handmade leather carrying pouch, crafted by Hook himself. The pouch is made from 6–7 oz vegetable-tanned leather—lightweight yet tough—and secured with a black-coated, 100% brass military-spec snap, also made in the USA.
To help you mount the spear, we’ve included approximately 4 meters of size #18 tarred bank line, giving you enough cordage to lash two spears to a 1” diameter pole. For a more permanent setup, the spear also features two countersunk holes designed to accept screws.
